We flew with Qatar Airways to see what we thought of this so-called 5-star airline. We were extremely disappointed and would not rank this airline as 5-star. The temperature was not working on the plane, which made the long haul flight unbearable. The customer service was appalling, not helpful, and generally rude. We observed another customer make a complaint and the customer service agent rolled her eyes and abused this person. With so many other airlines out there, we do not recommend this airline and definitely do not think it is anywhere near a 5-star airline with their horrible customer service. If you can we think you should avoid this airline and there are definitely overrated.
